"I was in Abbeville to officiate a wedding for my cousin. Getting there is quite a drive, but the reward was staying at Veranda on Main. Mid 1800's southern home renovated to the exact specs of the original property. What a fantastic stay!! My room was something out of a movie. Clean, fresh but time appropriate. Do stay here and take in what a small town in SC feels like. Two bars in town, two restaurants run by locals, more like coffee shops and just good old, low key fun. Don't forget to tour two of the town haunted mansions."
